My name is Zoe and I am a registered YAP & Anusara Elements teacher.
An Anusara yoga class is a heart-oriented practice that emphasises alignment and the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Classes typically begin with a brief centering meditation, followed by a warm-up to prepare the body. Asanas are taught with a focus on proper alignment, ensuring that students can safely explore their limits while cultivating strength and flexibility. My classes typically include a flow between poses and we conclude with a calming savasana, allowing for deep relaxation and integration of the practice.
